All content, software and materials on this website and platform are owned by or licensed to Matchen, including (without limitation) source code, object code, user interface design, planner workflows, text, graphics, logos, visual assets, renders, databases and documentation.
These works are protected by UK and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
You must not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, scrape, frame, mirror, resell or exploit any part of the platform or its content without prior written permission from Matchen, except where expressly permitted by law.
Any unauthorised use may result in suspension of access, legal action and claims for damages and injunctive relief.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the platform in a way that is unlawful, infringes third-party rights, bypasses technical protections, introduces malicious code, or attempts unauthorised access to systems, data or accounts. You also agree not to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the platform, or to circumvent rate limits or other security controls, without our prior written permission.
Your Account & Security
You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for activity that takes place under your account. Please use a strong, unique password and do not share it. We will never ask you for your password.
We protect accounts with measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), one-way password hashing, signed and time-limited sessions, and rate limiting on sign-in — but no system is completely secure. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact info@matchen.co.uk as soon as possible. How we collect and handle your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.
Visuals, Credits & Refunds
Every account includes one free 2K visual so you can try the visualiser before paying. Beyond that, visuals are purchased as credit packs (2K or 4K). A credit is used each time a visual is generated.
- AI-generated guides. Visuals are produced by an AI image model to help you picture your design. They are an indicative guide, not an exact technical drawing, and may contain small inaccuracies. The 4K option is a quality/resolution upgrade only — it does not change how the design is generated.
- Used credits. Because a visual is generated and delivered immediately, by purchasing a pack you ask us to begin the service straight away and acknowledge that credits already used are non-refundable.
- Unused credits. If you change your mind, unused credits from a pack can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, provided none of that pack has been used.
- Faulty visuals. If a visual fails to generate, or is clearly defective (for example corrupted, or it ignores the design choices you selected), contact us and we will regenerate it free of charge. The system also retries automatically if a generation is interrupted.
Project Starter Packs.A Project Starter Pack bundles 4K visuals with a personalised Design & Budget Report. The report is generated on demand from your design and is a planning guide based on typical costs and average property values in your area — it is not a quote, valuation, or survey. The included visuals are credits as described above, and you can regenerate your report free of charge whenever you update your design.
If a purchase hasn't worked as it should, email info@matchen.co.uk with your account email and the date of purchase. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
